Mushroom Tomato Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 180 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 g Dried Oregano
- 6 g Garlic
- 60 g Mozzarella cheese
- 10 g Olive oil
- 50 g Onion
- 12 g Parmesan Cheese
- 90 g Pasta
- 2 g Salt
- 60 g Spinach
- 120 g White Mushroom
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta in salted water until just al dente, then drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.
- Add the garlic and white mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms release their liquid and begin to brown.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and half of the mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before portioning for meal prep.
