  • 8 g Ginger
  • 8 g Green Onion
  • 10 g Honey
  • 75 g Jasmine rice
  • 5 g Sesame Oil
  • 3 g Sesame seeds
  • 20 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and cook it according to the package method until tender.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with half of the sauce and let them sit briefly while you prep the vegetables.
  4. Roast or sauté the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper until crisp-tender.
  5. Cook the chicken thighs in a hot skillet or oven until fully cooked and lightly caramelized.
