Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 200 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 8 g Fresh parsley
- 10 g Garlic
- 12 g Lemon juice
- 12 g Olive oil
- 20 g Parmesan Cheese
- 90 g Pasta
- 1 g Red Pepper Flake
- 2 g Salt
- 170 g White Shrimp
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry. Mince garlic and chop parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer 6–8 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until just opaque.
- Turn off heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
- Finish with Parmesan and parsley, then pack for meal prep. Cool, seal, and refrigerate.
