Ingredients
- 120 g Cabbage
- 6 g Canola Oil
- 70 g Carrot
- 14 g Chili Garlic Sauce
- 6 g Garlic
- 6 g Ginger
- 10 g Honey
- 18 g Lime juice
- 28 g Natural Peanut Butter
- 70 g Rice Noodles
- 6 g Sesame Oil
- 14 g Soy Sauce
- 170 g White Shrimp
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles in hot water until tender, then rinse under cold water and drain well.
- Make the sauce: whisk peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Pat shrimp dry. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until just opaque, then remove from heat.
- Toss noodles with shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
- Add shrimp and peanut sauce; toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Meal prep: pack into a container, cool, seal, and refrigerate. Reheat gently or enjoy cold.
