  • 10 g Canola Oil
  • 18 g Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 8 g Fish Sauce
  • 10 g Fresh Basil
  • 10 g Garlic
  • 6 g Ginger
  • 180 g Jasmine rice
  • 15 g Lime juice
  • 120 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 10 g Soy Sauce

  2. Stir together chili garlic sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté bell pepper 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until just opaque.
  6. Pour in the sauce and toss 30–45 seconds until glossy and slightly thickened.
  7. Turn off heat and fold in basil until just wilted.
  8. Meal prep: add cooked jasmine rice to a container and top with Thai basil shrimp. Cool, seal, and refrigerate.
