Ingredients

  • 0 g Dried Oregano
  • 25 g Egg
  • 15 g Fresh parsley
  • 1.5 g Garlic
  • 60 g Green Cabbage
  • 57.5 g Lemon
  • 9.25 g Oat flour
  • 8.5 g Olive oil
  • 57.5 g Red Onion
  • 85 g Salmon fillet
  • 56.75 g Tomato

Instructions

  1. Cook the salmon fillets in a skillet over medium heat until just cooked through. Let cool slightly, then flake into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, beaten egg, oat flour, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until a patty mixture forms.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and pan-fry them in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Thinly slice the cabbage, dice the tomatoes, and finely slice the red onion. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
  5. Serve the salmon patties warm or chilled, alongside the crunchy cabbage and tomato salad.
