Ingredients
- 0 g Dried Oregano
- 25 g Egg
- 15 g Fresh parsley
- 1.5 g Garlic
- 60 g Green Cabbage
- 57.5 g Lemon
- 9.25 g Oat flour
- 8.5 g Olive oil
- 57.5 g Red Onion
- 85 g Salmon fillet
- 56.75 g Tomato
Instructions
- Cook the salmon fillets in a skillet over medium heat until just cooked through. Let cool slightly, then flake into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, beaten egg, oat flour, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until a patty mixture forms.
- Form the mixture into patties and pan-fry them in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Thinly slice the cabbage, dice the tomatoes, and finely slice the red onion. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
- Serve the salmon patties warm or chilled, alongside the crunchy cabbage and tomato salad.
