  • 57.5 g English cucumber
  • 1.5 g Garlic
  • 7.5 g Ginger
  • 7.5 g Honey
  • 45 g Jasmine rice
  • 57.5 g Lime
  • 227 g Pork chop
  • 6.75 g Sesame Oil
  • 7.5 g Sesame Seed
  • 15.5 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel and mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
  2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
  4. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the glaze into the pan and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened and chops are fully cooked.
  6. Toss the sliced cucumber with sesame oil, lime juice, and sesame seeds to create the salad.
