- 1.5 g Garlic
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 7.5 g Honey
- 45 g Jasmine rice
- 57.5 g Lime
- 227 g Pork chop
- 6.75 g Sesame Oil
- 7.5 g Sesame Seed
- 15.5 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Peel and mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour the glaze into the pan and let simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened and chops are fully cooked.
- Toss the sliced cucumber with sesame oil, lime juice, and sesame seeds to create the salad.
