  • 1.5 g Cumin
  • 1.5 g Dried Oregano
  • 1 g Garlic
  • 113.5 g Lean ground pork
  • 6.75 g Olive oil
  • 50 g Onion
  • 1.5 g Paprika
  • 1.88 g Salt
  • 115 g Tomato
  • 115 g Zucchini

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, zucchini, tomato, and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ground pork. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Stir in cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
