Ingredients

  • 57.5 g Bell Pepper
  • 75 g Carrot
  • 1.5 g Garlic
  • 7.5 g Ginger
  • 113.5 g Ground beef
  • 0 g Ramen noodle
  • 3.4 g Sesame Oil
  • 15 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Peel and julienne the carrots. Thinly slice the bell pepper.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  6. Stir in carrots and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Add soy sauce and cooked noodles. Toss everything to combine and heat through.
  8. Remove from heat and divide into meal prep containers.
