Ingredients
- 57.5 g Bell Pepper
- 75 g Carrot
- 1.5 g Garlic
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 113.5 g Ground beef
- 0 g Ramen noodle
- 3.4 g Sesame Oil
- 15 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Peel and julienne the carrots. Thinly slice the bell pepper.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in carrots and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and cooked noodles. Toss everything to combine and heat through.
- Remove from heat and divide into meal prep containers.
