Ingredients

  • 113.5 g Asparagus
  • 15.75 g Balsamic Vinegar
  • 187.5 g Carrot
  • 1.5 g Dried Rosemary
  • 1 g Garlic
  • 11.25 g Olive oil
  • 170.1 g Steak
  • 75 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, and rosemary. Add steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Peel and chop the carrots. Trim asparagus ends. Slice onions.
  4. Toss vegetables with 2 tbsp olive oil and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  6. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes, then serve alongside roasted vegetables.
