Ingredients

  • 1.5 g Black Pepper
  • 28.35 g Butter
  • 7.5 g Fresh parsley
  • 3 g Garlic
  • 100 g Green Bean
  • 60.87 g Milk 2%
  • 10.13 g Olive oil
  • 227 g Russet potato
  • 1.25 g Salt
  • 227 g Steak

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. While potatoes cook, mince garlic and parsley. Trim green beans.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, milk, garlic, and parsley. Season to taste.
  5. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side (medium-rare), or to desired doneness. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice the steaks and assemble bowls with mashed potatoes, green beans, and steak slices divided evenly.
