Ingredients
- 85 g Broccoli
- 180 g Brown Rice
- 1.5 g Garlic
- 7 g Ginger
- 28.75 g Green Onion
- 113.5 g Ground beef
- 7.5 g Honey
- 13.5 g Olive oil
- 15 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the green onions.
- Assemble the meal prep containers by dividing the brown rice, steamed broccoli, and beef mixture evenly among four containers. Garnish with sliced green onions.
