Ingredients

  • 85 g Broccoli
  • 180 g Brown Rice
  • 1.5 g Garlic
  • 7 g Ginger
  • 28.75 g Green Onion
  • 113.5 g Ground beef
  • 7.5 g Honey
  • 13.5 g Olive oil
  • 15 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the sauce.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Slice the green onions.
  9. Assemble the meal prep containers by dividing the brown rice, steamed broccoli, and beef mixture evenly among four containers. Garnish with sliced green onions.
