Ingredients
- 50 g Bell Pepper
- 60 g Broccoli
- 30 g Carrot
- 7.5 g Cornstarch
- 2.25 g Garlic
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 9.75 g Olive oil
- 113.5 g Pork Tenderloin
- 15 g Soy Sauce
- 15 g Water
Instructions
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch. Add pork slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Slice bell peppers and carrots; cut broccoli into florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet. Add water and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
