Ingredients

- 8.4 g Olive oil
- 75 g Onion
- 28.35 g Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g Pasta
- 0 g Salt
- 250 g Tomato
Instructions
- Dice the onions and tomatoes; mince the garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and dried oregano. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Reduce the heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and combined.
