Ingredients

  • 3 g Garlic
  • 113.5 g Ground pork
  • 118.3 g Heavy Cream
  • 8.4 g Olive oil
  • 75 g Onion
  • 28.35 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 100 g Pasta
  • 0 g Salt
  • 250 g Tomato

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and tomatoes; mince the garlic cloves.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes and dried oregano. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Reduce the heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and combined.
  10. Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
