Ingredients

  • 3 g Black Pepper
  • 1 g Garlic
  • 7.5 g Ginger
  • 150 g Grape
  • 60 g Green Bean
  • 45 g Jasmine rice
  • 9.1 g Olive oil
  • 170.1 g Pork Loin
  • 3 g Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub pork loin with 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  4. Steam or boil green beans until just tender, about 5 minutes. Season lightly.
  5. Chop grapes and grate ginger. Mix together in a small bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of sea salt for salsa.
  6. Assemble bowls with a base of jasmine rice, top with sliced pork, green beans, and a spoonful of grape-ginger salsa.
