Ingredients
- 3 g Black Pepper
- 1 g Garlic
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 150 g Grape
- 60 g Green Bean
- 45 g Jasmine rice
- 9.1 g Olive oil
- 170.1 g Pork Loin
- 3 g Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub pork loin with 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest before slicing.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Steam or boil green beans until just tender, about 5 minutes. Season lightly.
- Chop grapes and grate ginger. Mix together in a small bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of sea salt for salsa.
- Assemble bowls with a base of jasmine rice, top with sliced pork, green beans, and a spoonful of grape-ginger salsa.
