Ingredients

  • 3 g Black Pepper
  • 75 g Carrot
  • 2.25 g Garlic
  • 7.5 g Ginger
  • 60 g Green Cabbage
  • 142 g Ground pork
  • 45 g Jasmine rice
  • 57.5 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 g Sea Salt
  • 6.75 g Sesame Oil
  • 6 g Soy Sauce
  • 1.25 g Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Mince garlic and ginger. Thinly slice bell pepper, cabbage, and carrots.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground pork, season with sea salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and sriracha, stir to coat. Then add all vegetables. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
  6. Serve pork stir-fry over jasmine rice.
