Ingredients
- 3 g Black Pepper
- 75 g Carrot
- 2.25 g Garlic
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 60 g Green Cabbage
- 142 g Ground pork
- 45 g Jasmine rice
- 57.5 g Red Bell Pepper
- 2 g Sea Salt
- 6.75 g Sesame Oil
- 6 g Soy Sauce
- 1.25 g Sriracha
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Mince garlic and ginger. Thinly slice bell pepper, cabbage, and carrots.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground pork, season with sea salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sriracha, stir to coat. Then add all vegetables. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
- Serve pork stir-fry over jasmine rice.
