Spicy Korean-Inspired Pork Loin Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 g Black Pepper
  • 75 g Carrot
  • 1.5 g Garlic
  • 13.5 g Gochujang paste
  • 45 g Jasmine rice
  • 170.1 g Pork Loin
  • 115 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 g Sea Salt
  • 3.4 g Sesame Oil
  • 7.5 g Sesame Seed
  • 15.75 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice pork loin into thin strips. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, and a splash of water to create a marinade. Add pork and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  3. Slice bell peppers and carrots into thin strips.
  4. In a large pan, heat half of the sesame oil. Sauté the marinated pork on high heat for 6–8 minutes until caramelized and fully cooked.
  5. In the same pan, add the rest of the sesame oil. Stir-fry the bell peppers and carrots for 4–5 minutes until slightly tender. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  6. Serve jasmine rice topped with pork and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
