Ingredients
- 60 g Cabbage
- 37.5 g Carrot
- 227 g Chicken drumstick
- 3 g Garlic
- 15 g Gochujang paste
- 5 g Green Onion
- 7.5 g Honey
- 56.25 g Jasmine rice
- 10 g Rice Vinegar
- 1.5 g Sesame Oil
- 7.5 g Sesame Seed
- 5 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mince garlic. In a bowl, whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Pat drumsticks dry, place in a bowl, and coat with the glaze. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place drumsticks on a lined baking tray. Roast for 35 minutes, flipping once.
- While chicken cooks, shred cabbage and grate the carrot. Thinly slice green onions.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, green onion, a drizzle of sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Serve drumsticks with rice and slaw.
