Ingredients

  • 60 g Cabbage
  • 37.5 g Carrot
  • 227 g Chicken drumstick
  • 3 g Garlic
  • 15 g Gochujang paste
  • 5 g Green Onion
  • 7.5 g Honey
  • 56.25 g Jasmine rice
  • 10 g Rice Vinegar
  • 1.5 g Sesame Oil
  • 7.5 g Sesame Seed
  • 5 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mince garlic. In a bowl, whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
  3. Pat drumsticks dry, place in a bowl, and coat with the glaze. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Place drumsticks on a lined baking tray. Roast for 35 minutes, flipping once.
  5. While chicken cooks, shred cabbage and grate the carrot. Thinly slice green onions.
  6. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, green onion, a drizzle of sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
  7. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  8. Serve drumsticks with rice and slaw.
