Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 40 g Celery
  • 220 g Crushed Tomatoes
  • 6 g Garlic
  • 2 g Italian Seasoning
  • 150 g Lean ground pork
  • 5 g Olive oil
  • 12 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 75 g Pasta
  • 1 g Salt
  • 20 g Tomato Paste
  • 60 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground pork for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Add the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. Transfer the pork and vegetables to the slow cooker. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring once if possible.
  6. Near the end of cooking, boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender. Drain well.
  7. Portion the spaghetti with the pork bolognese sauce and top with Parmesan cheese. Cool before refrigerating for meal prep.
