Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 50 g Celery
- 8 g Dijon mustard
- 4 g Fresh Dill
- 60 g frozen peas
- 4 g Garlic
- 35 g Greek Yogurt
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 25 g Mayonnaise
- 5 g Olive oil
- 75 g Pasta
- 2 g Salt
- 150 g White Shrimp
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until tender. Add the frozen peas during the final 2 minutes of cooking.
- Drain the macaroni and peas, rinse briefly under cold water, and drain well.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the white shrimp with garlic, salt, and pepper until pink and opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill.
- Combine the macaroni, peas, celery, shrimp, and creamy dill dressing. Mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a meal-prep container and refrigerate until chilled.
