Steak Poutine-Style Potato Bowl
A comforting meal-prep bowl of seasoned steak bites, roasted potatoes, green peas, cheese curds, and a light savoury gravy. Inspired by familiar Quebec flavours, it reheats easily for a filling weekday meal.

Ingredients
- 100 g Beef gravy
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 10 g Canola Oil
- 50 g Cheese curds
- 80 g frozen peas
- 2 g Garlic Powder
- 60 g Onion
- 2 g Paprika
- 250 g Potato
- 2 g Salt
- 150 g Steak
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and thinly slice the onion.
- Toss the potatoes and onion with canola oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring once, until the potatoes are browned and tender.
- Meanwhile, cut the steak into bite-size pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3 to 5 minutes, turning until browned and cooked to your preference.
- Warm the green peas and beef gravy separately until hot.
- For meal prep, layer the roasted potatoes, peas, and steak in a container. Add the cheese curds and pack the gravy separately.
