Cheesy Ham and Cauliflower Macaroni Bake

Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 15 g Butter
- 180 g Cauliflower
- 60 g Cheddar Cheese
- 80 g Cooked Ham
- 8 g Dijon mustard
- 15 g Flour
- 60 g frozen peas
- 180 g Milk 2%
- 75 g Pasta
- 2 g Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and dice the ham.
- Cook the macaroni in boiling water until just tender. Add the cauliflower during the last few minutes of cooking, then drain well.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook briefly, then gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.
- Remove the sauce from the heat. Stir in the Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and most of the cheddar until melted.
- Combine the macaroni, cauliflower, ham, peas, and cheese sauce in a small baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar.
- Bake until hot and golden on top. Cool slightly before portioning into a meal-prep container.
