Ingredients
- 70 g Avocado
- 0.5 g Black Pepper
- 10 g Dijon mustard
- 1 g Garlic Powder
- 150 g Ground Turkey
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 8 g Olive oil
- 1 g Paprika
- 25 g Romaine lettuce
- 1 g Salt
- 220 g Sweet Potato
- 70 g Tomato
- 70 g Whole Wheat Burger Bun
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the sweet potato into thin fries. Toss with olive oil, paprika, half the salt, and half the pepper, then spread on the baking sheet.
- Roast the sweet potato fries until tender and browned, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Mix the ground turkey with Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and the remaining salt and pepper. Shape into one thick patty.
- Cook the turkey patty in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked through.
- Mash the avocado with lemon juice until mostly smooth. Cool the burger and fries before packing.
- Pack the turkey patty, sweet potato fries, lettuce, tomato, bun, and avocado spread in separate sections. Assemble the burger when ready to eat.
