Cheesy Ground Beef Macaroni
A comforting Quebec-style macaroni dish with seasoned ground beef, tomato sauce, and melted cheddar. It reheats easily for a simple weekday meal prep.

Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 40 g Cheddar Cheese
- 5 g Garlic
- 2 g Italian Seasoning
- 150 g Lean ground beef
- 5 g Olive oil
- 75 g Pasta
- 2 g Salt
- 180 g Tomato Sauce
- 60 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned.
- Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Fold in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top and cover until melted.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a meal-prep container.
