Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 40 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 2 g Italian Seasoning
  • 150 g Lean ground beef
  • 5 g Olive oil
  • 75 g Pasta
  • 2 g Salt
  • 180 g Tomato Sauce
  • 60 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the onion for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned.
  4. Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Fold in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top and cover until melted.
  7. Cool slightly before transferring to a meal-prep container.
