Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 8 g Butter
  • 30 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 35 g Cream cheese
  • 8 g Dijon mustard
  • 8 g Flour
  • 70 g frozen peas
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 10 g Lemon juice
  • 120 g Milk 2%
  • 75 g Pasta
  • 150 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 g Salt
  • 40 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a small oven-safe meal-prep container or baking dish.
  2. Cook the penne in salted water until just tender. Add the peas during the final 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, then add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until smooth and lightly thickened.
  5. Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Combine the salmon, pasta, peas, and creamy sauce in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar evenly over the top and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
  7. Let the gratin rest for 5 minutes before cooling and storing in a sealed meal-prep container.
