Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 8 g Butter
- 30 g Cheddar Cheese
- 35 g Cream cheese
- 8 g Dijon mustard
- 8 g Flour
- 70 g frozen peas
- 5 g Garlic
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 120 g Milk 2%
- 75 g Pasta
- 150 g Salmon fillet
- 2 g Salt
- 40 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a small oven-safe meal-prep container or baking dish.
- Cook the penne in salted water until just tender. Add the peas during the final 2 minutes, then drain.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, then add the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until smooth and lightly thickened.
- Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces. Combine the salmon, pasta, peas, and creamy sauce in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar evenly over the top and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
- Let the gratin rest for 5 minutes before cooling and storing in a sealed meal-prep container.
