Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 g Dried Thyme
  • 1 g Garlic Powder
  • 40 g Milk 2%
  • 5 g Olive oil
  • 180 g Pork Loin
  • 250 g Potato
  • 2 g Salt
  • 120 g Yellow Bean

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small chunks. Place in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook the potatoes for 15 to 18 minutes, until very tender. Drain well.
  3. While the potatoes cook, season the pork loin with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork loin for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Steam or boil the yellow beans for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender-crisp. Toss with half of the butter.
  6. Mash the drained potatoes with the milk and remaining butter until creamy. Portion the mashed potatoes, yellow beans, and sliced pork into a meal-prep container.
