Ham Pizza Macaroni Skillet
A simple make-ahead macaroni skillet with cooked ham, tomato sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, and melted mozzarella. It has familiar Quebec pizza-ghetti style flavours and reheats well for easy lunches.

Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Cooked Ham
- 150 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 75 g Dry macaroni
- 1 g Garlic Powder
- 60 g Green Bell Pepper
- 1 g Italian Seasoning
- 35 g Mozzarella cheese
- 7 g Olive oil
- 15 g Tomato Paste
- 60 g White Mushroom
- 40 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Dice the cooked ham, green bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion into small pieces.
- Cook the macaroni in boiling water until just tender, then drain well.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms, then cook until softened.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked ham and drained macaroni to the skillet. Stir until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella over the macaroni, cover the skillet, and cook until the cheese melts.
- Let the macaroni cool slightly, then transfer it to a meal-prep container for refrigeration.
