Ingredients
- 0.5 g Black Pepper
- 60 g Carrot
- 180 g Chicken broth
- 160 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 g Fresh Dill
- 140 g Green Cabbage
- 150 g Ground Chicken
- 8 g Olive oil
- 2 g Paprika
- 60 g Rice
- 1 g Salt
- 50 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, shred the cabbage, and grate or finely dice the carrot.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook until slightly softened.
- Add the ground chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook while breaking up the meat until no longer pink.
- Stir in the cabbage and cook for a few minutes, until it begins to wilt.
- Add the rice, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and dried dill. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Let stand off the heat for a few minutes, then fluff gently and portion into a meal-prep container.
