Ingredients

  • 0.5 g Black Pepper
  • 60 g Carrot
  • 180 g Chicken broth
  • 160 g Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 g Fresh Dill
  • 140 g Green Cabbage
  • 150 g Ground Chicken
  • 8 g Olive oil
  • 2 g Paprika
  • 60 g Rice
  • 1 g Salt
  • 50 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, shred the cabbage, and grate or finely dice the carrot.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook until slightly softened.
  3. Add the ground chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook while breaking up the meat until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the cabbage and cook for a few minutes, until it begins to wilt.
  5. Add the rice, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and dried dill. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Let stand off the heat for a few minutes, then fluff gently and portion into a meal-prep container.
