Ingredients
- 57.5 g Bartlett Pear
- 1.25 g Black Pepper
- 170.1 g Chicken Breast
- 7.5 g Ginger
- 115 g Green Bell Pepper
- 75 g Onion
- 1.5 g Red Pepper Flake
- 13.5 g Sesame Oil
- 22.5 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Cut green bell peppers and onion into thin slices. Dice Bartlett pear into small cubes.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips, season with black pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining sesame oil and toss in onions and green bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, ginger, and Bartlett pear. Stir everything together and cook for 5 more minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
- Add red pepper flakes (optional) for spice. Serve immediately or portion into meal-prep containers for the week.
