  • 7.5 g Ginger
  • 115 g Green Bell Pepper
  • 75 g Onion
  • 1.5 g Red Pepper Flake

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Cut green bell peppers and onion into thin slices. Dice Bartlett pear into small cubes.

  4. Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce, ginger, and Bartlett pear. Stir everything together and cook for 5 more minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
  5. Add red pepper flakes (optional) for spice. Serve immediately or portion into meal-prep containers for the week.
