Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 180 g Boneless Top Sirloin
- 8 g Canola Oil
- 80 g Carrot
- 15 g Dijon mustard
- 75 g Egg noodles
- 5 g Fresh parsley
- 60 g Greek Yogurt
- 120 g Green Cabbage
- 1 g Salt
- 50 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Cook the dry egg noodles in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- Thinly slice the boneless top sirloin, shred the cabbage, grate the carrot, and slice the onion.
- Heat half of the canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the sirloin with salt and black pepper until browned and just cooked through.
- Transfer the beef to a plate and reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the remaining canola oil, onion, cabbage, and carrot to the skillet, then cook until the vegetables soften and lightly brown.
- Return the noodles and beef to the skillet and toss until warmed through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat, then stir in the Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard until the noodles are lightly coated.
- Top with fresh parsley and pack into a meal-prep container once slightly cooled.
