- 1 g Black Pepper
- 25 g Cheddar Cheese
- 100 g Egg
- 80 g Green Bell Pepper
- 30 g Milk 2%
- 5 g Olive oil
- 150 g Potato
- 1 g Salt
- 30 g Spinach
- 40 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Dice the potato, green bell pepper, and onion into small pieces so they cook evenly.
- Toss the potato, green bell pepper, and onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in the baking dish.
- Bake the vegetables for 15 minutes, until the potato begins to soften.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together, then stir in the spinach and cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the baked vegetables and spread everything evenly.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
