Ingredients
- 60 g Bacon
- 5 g Canola Oil
- 70 g Carrot
- 60 g frozen peas
- 5 g Garlic
- 150 g Green Cabbage
- 75 g Rice
- 18 g Soy Sauce
- 50 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Rinse the rice, then cook it in water until tender. Let it cool slightly so it fries better.
- Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion, and garlic. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until browned and crisp, then transfer it to a plate while keeping the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add the canola oil if the skillet looks dry. Cook the onion and carrot until they begin to soften.
- Add the cabbage and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
- Stir in the cooked rice and frozen peas. Cook until the rice is hot and the peas are warmed through.
- Add the soy sauce and cooked bacon. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a meal-prep container, let cool, then refrigerate. Reheat until steaming before serving.
