Ingredients

  • 60 g Bacon
  • 5 g Canola Oil
  • 70 g Carrot
  • 60 g frozen peas
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 150 g Green Cabbage
  • 75 g Rice
  • 18 g Soy Sauce
  • 50 g Yellow Onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice, then cook it in water until tender. Let it cool slightly so it fries better.
  2. Chop the cabbage, carrot, onion, and garlic. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until browned and crisp, then transfer it to a plate while keeping the bacon fat in the skillet.
  4. Add the canola oil if the skillet looks dry. Cook the onion and carrot until they begin to soften.
  5. Add the cabbage and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
  6. Stir in the cooked rice and frozen peas. Cook until the rice is hot and the peas are warmed through.
  7. Add the soy sauce and cooked bacon. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  8. Transfer to a meal-prep container, let cool, then refrigerate. Reheat until steaming before serving.
