Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli
- 5 g Canola Oil
- 60 g Carrot
- 5 g Ginger
- 15 g Green Onion
- 10 g Honey
- 15 g Lime juice
- 70 g Red Bell Pepper
- 70 g Rice Noodles
- 8 g Sesame Oil
- 5 g Sesame seeds
- 60 g Shelled Edamame
- 25 g Soy Sauce
- 170 g Steak
Instructions
- Cook the dry rice noodles according to the package directions, then drain and rinse under cool water.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, grated fresh ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Pat the steak dry and rub it with the canola oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preference. Transfer to a board and let rest.
- In the same skillet, cook the broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper, and frozen shelled edamame for 4 to 5 minutes, until bright and just tender.
- Slice the rested steak thinly across the grain.
- Toss the noodles and vegetables with the sesame ginger sauce, then place them in a meal-prep container.
- Top with sliced steak, green onion, and sesame seeds. Cool before sealing and refrigerating.
