Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 10 g Canola Oil
  • 120 g Chicken broth
  • 8 g Dijon mustard
  • 1 g Dried Thyme
  • 150 g Extra Lean Ground Pork
  • 6 g Garlic
  • 100 g Green Bean
  • 50 g Onion
  • 200 g Potato
  • 2 g Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Trim the green beans and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add the ground pork, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking it apart, until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Cover and simmer until the potatoes are almost tender.
  5. Add the green beans and continue cooking uncovered until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Divide into meal-prep containers and let cool before refrigerating.
