Ingredients
- 50 g Brown Rice
- 50 g Carrot
- 5 g Garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 10 g Green Onion
- 150 g Ground Veal
- 5 g Honey
- 60 g Lettuce
- 40 g Onion
- 10 g Rice Vinegar
- 5 g Sesame Oil
- 15 g Soy Sauce
- 80 g White Mushroom
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and carrot, and separate the lettuce leaves for serving.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the onion until softened.
- Add the garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and carrot, then cook until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the ground veal and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, and simmer for a few minutes until the filling is glossy and well coated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then portion it with the cooked brown rice into containers.
- Top with sliced green onion and pack the lettuce leaves separately so they stay crisp.
- To serve, spoon the veal mixture into the lettuce leaves and eat like wraps.
