Sesame Pork and Cabbage Noodle Stir-Fry

A simple meal-prep stir-fry with extra lean ground pork, cabbage, carrots, and noodles in a light sesame-soy sauce. It reheats well for quick lunches or dinners.

Ingredients

  • 60 g Carrot
  • 150 g Extra Lean Ground Pork
  • 6 g Garlic
  • 4 g Ginger
  • 120 g Green Cabbage
  • 50 g Onion
  • 80 g Rice Noodles
  • 8 g Rice Vinegar
  • 6 g Sesame Oil
  • 2 g Sesame seeds
  • 18 g Soy Sauce
  • 8 g Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, and extra lean ground pork. Cook, breaking up the pork, until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the cabbage and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
  5. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the pork and vegetables.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and toss until everything is evenly combined and heated through.
  7. Divide into meal-prep containers and top with sesame seeds before serving or storing.
