Sesame Pork and Cabbage Noodle Stir-Fry
A simple meal-prep stir-fry with extra lean ground pork, cabbage, carrots, and noodles in a light sesame-soy sauce. It reheats well for quick lunches or dinners.

Ingredients
- 60 g Carrot
- 150 g Extra Lean Ground Pork
- 6 g Garlic
- 4 g Ginger
- 120 g Green Cabbage
- 50 g Onion
- 80 g Rice Noodles
- 8 g Rice Vinegar
- 6 g Sesame Oil
- 2 g Sesame seeds
- 18 g Soy Sauce
- 8 g Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and extra lean ground pork. Cook, breaking up the pork, until no longer pink.
- Stir in the cabbage and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the pork and vegetables.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss until everything is evenly combined and heated through.
- Divide into meal-prep containers and top with sesame seeds before serving or storing.
