Garlic Pork and Broccoli Pasta
A simple meal-prep pasta with extra lean ground pork, broccoli, and a light garlic tomato sauce. It reheats well for easy lunches or dinners.

Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 120 g Broccoli
- 120 g Extra Lean Ground Pork
- 6 g Garlic
- 2 g Italian Seasoning
- 7 g Olive oil
- 50 g Onion
- 90 g Pasta
- 2 g Salt
- 160 g Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until just tender.
- Add the broccoli to the pasta water during the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking, then drain everything well.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and cook the onion until softened.
- Add the garlic and extra lean ground pork, then cook until the pork is no longer pink and breaks up into small pieces.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Divide into meal-prep containers and cool before refrigerating.
