  • 10 g Butter
  • 60 g Carrot
  • 120 g Chicken broth
  • 1 g Dried Thyme
  • 8 g Flour
  • 40 g frozen peas
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 150 g Ground Chicken
  • 30 g Milk 2%
  • 50 g Onion
  • 220 g Potato
  • 2 g Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  2. Cook the carrots and onion in a skillet with a little butter until softened, then add the garlic.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Sprinkle in the flour, stir well, then pour in the chicken broth and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Stir in the peas and cook for a few minutes until the filling thickens.
  6. Drain the potatoes, mash them with milk and the remaining butter until smooth.
  7. Divide the chicken mixture into meal-prep containers and top with the mashed potatoes.
  8. Cool before sealing, then refrigerate and reheat until hot when ready to eat.
