Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 10 g Butter
- 60 g Carrot
- 120 g Chicken broth
- 1 g Dried Thyme
- 8 g Flour
- 40 g frozen peas
- 5 g Garlic
- 150 g Ground Chicken
- 30 g Milk 2%
- 50 g Onion
- 220 g Potato
- 2 g Salt
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
- Cook the carrots and onion in a skillet with a little butter until softened, then add the garlic.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Sprinkle in the flour, stir well, then pour in the chicken broth and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Stir in the peas and cook for a few minutes until the filling thickens.
- Drain the potatoes, mash them with milk and the remaining butter until smooth.
- Divide the chicken mixture into meal-prep containers and top with the mashed potatoes.
- Cool before sealing, then refrigerate and reheat until hot when ready to eat.
