Ingredients

  • 170 g Boneless Top Sirloin
  • 3 g Garlic
  • 75 g Green Bean
  • 11.25 g Honey
  • 6.75 g Sesame Oil
  • 22.5 g Soy Sauce
  • 10 g Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic. Slice sirloin into thin strips and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sesame oil to the skillet. Stir-fry green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide beef and green beans into meal prep containers. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
