Ingredients
- 170 g Boneless Top Sirloin
- 3 g Garlic
- 75 g Green Bean
- 11.25 g Honey
- 6.75 g Sesame Oil
- 22.5 g Soy Sauce
- 10 g Sriracha
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and garlic. Slice sirloin into thin strips and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
- Add sesame oil to the skillet. Stir-fry green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide beef and green beans into meal prep containers. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
