Ingredients

  • 60 g Carrot
  • 90 g Cooked Ham
  • 60 g English cucumber
  • 15 g Green Onion
  • 8 g Honey
  • 75 g Ramen noodle
  • 50 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 12 g Rice Vinegar
  • 6 g Sesame Oil
  • 5 g Sesame seeds
  • 18 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles until tender, then drain and rinse them under cold water.
  2. Thinly slice the cooked ham, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, and green onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
  4. Place the cooled noodles in a meal-prep container and add the sliced ham and vegetables.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well so everything is evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and divide into containers for lunch, then chill until ready to eat.
