Ingredients
- 60 g Carrot
- 90 g Cooked Ham
- 60 g English cucumber
- 15 g Green Onion
- 8 g Honey
- 75 g Ramen noodle
- 50 g Red Bell Pepper
- 12 g Rice Vinegar
- 6 g Sesame Oil
- 5 g Sesame seeds
- 18 g Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles until tender, then drain and rinse them under cold water.
- Thinly slice the cooked ham, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, and green onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
- Place the cooled noodles in a meal-prep container and add the sliced ham and vegetables.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well so everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and divide into containers for lunch, then chill until ready to eat.
