Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 30 g Carrot
- 40 g Celery
- 90 g Cooked Ham
- 8 g Dijon mustard
- 2 g Fresh Dill
- 35 g Greek Yogurt
- 6 g Lemon juice
- 180 g Potato
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Boil them in salted water until just tender, then drain and cool slightly.
- While the potatoes cook, dice the cooked ham, celery, and carrot into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine the potatoes, ham, celery, and carrot in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently until everything is coated.
- Divide the salad into meal-prep containers or jars and let it chill before serving.
