Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 30 g Carrot
  • 40 g Celery
  • 90 g Cooked Ham
  • 8 g Dijon mustard
  • 2 g Fresh Dill
  • 35 g Greek Yogurt
  • 6 g Lemon juice
  • 180 g Potato
  • 1 g Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Boil them in salted water until just tender, then drain and cool slightly.
  2. While the potatoes cook, dice the cooked ham, celery, and carrot into small pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Combine the potatoes, ham, celery, and carrot in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently until everything is coated.
  5. Divide the salad into meal-prep containers or jars and let it chill before serving.
  6. Keep refrigerated and eat cold, or let it sit a few minutes at room temperature for the best texture.
