Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 40 g Cheddar Cheese
- 120 g Cooked Ham
- 150 g Egg
- 30 g Milk 2%
- 20 g Red Onion
- 1 g Salt
- 30 g Spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Dice the cooked ham and finely chop the red onion and spinach.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the ham, cheddar, onion, and spinach until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and storing for meal prep.
