Ingredients
- 1 g Black Pepper
- 40 g Carrot
- 5 g Cilantro
- 170 g Cod fillet
- 60 g Corn Tortilla
- 2 g Cumin
- 5 g Garlic
- 60 g Greek Yogurt
- 90 g Green Cabbage
- 20 g Lime
- 10 g Olive oil
- 2 g Salt
- 2 g Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Finely shred the cabbage and carrot, then mix with half of the lime juice and a pinch of salt to make a crisp slaw.
- Stir the Greek yogurt with minced garlic, the remaining lime juice, and a little black pepper to make the sauce.
- Pat the cod dry and season it with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the cod until it flakes easily, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until flexible.
- Flake the cod into large pieces and divide it among the tortillas.
- Top with the cabbage slaw, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, and finish with chopped cilantro.
