Ingredients

  • 1 g Black Pepper
  • 40 g Carrot
  • 5 g Cilantro
  • 170 g Cod fillet
  • 60 g Corn Tortilla
  • 2 g Cumin
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 60 g Greek Yogurt
  • 90 g Green Cabbage
  • 20 g Lime
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 2 g Salt
  • 2 g Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Finely shred the cabbage and carrot, then mix with half of the lime juice and a pinch of salt to make a crisp slaw.
  2. Stir the Greek yogurt with minced garlic, the remaining lime juice, and a little black pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Pat the cod dry and season it with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the cod until it flakes easily, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan or microwave until flexible.
  6. Flake the cod into large pieces and divide it among the tortillas.
  7. Top with the cabbage slaw, drizzle with the yogurt sauce, and finish with chopped cilantro.
