Ingredients
- 90 g Brown Rice
- 60 g Carrot
- 4 g Cornstarch
- 150 g Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 6 g Garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 120 g Green Cabbage
- 6 g Honey
- 8 g Rice Vinegar
- 80 g Romaine lettuce
- 4 g Sesame Oil
- 2 g Sesame seeds
- 15 g Soy Sauce
- 30 g Water
- 50 g Yellow Onion
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package directions and let it cool slightly before portioning.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, then cook until fragrant.
- Add the extra lean ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the cabbage and carrots and cook until just tender but still slightly crisp.
- Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl, then pour into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
- Divide the rice among meal-prep containers, top with the beef and cabbage mixture, and let cool before sealing.
- Pack the romaine lettuce separately and finish each portion with sesame seeds just before eating.
