  • 5 g Ginger
  • 10 g Green Onion
  • 8 g Honey
  • 15 g Miso paste
  • 8 g Rice Vinegar
  • 150 g Salmon fillet
  • 5 g Sesame Oil
  • 4 g Sesame seeds
  • 12 g Soy Sauce

  3. Brush the salmon with half of the glaze and bake until just cooked through and flaky.
  4. Roast or steam the asparagus until bright green and tender-crisp, then toss with sesame oil.
  5. Shred the carrot and thinly slice the green onion for a fresh crunchy topping.
  6. Assemble the bowls with rice, salmon, asparagus, carrot, and green onion, then drizzle with the remaining glaze.
  7. Finish with sesame seeds and cool before sealing for meal prep containers.
