Ingredients

  • 50 g Carrot
  • 6 g Garlic
  • 8 g Ginger
  • 70 g Green Cabbage
  • 15 g Green Onion
  • 75 g Jasmine rice
  • 150 g Lean ground pork
  • 40 g Lettuce
  • 60 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 10 g Rice Vinegar
  • 5 g Sesame Oil
  • 18 g Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice until tender and set it aside to cool slightly for meal prep portions.
  2. Finely shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, slice the bell pepper, and chop the green onion.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the lean ground pork and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add the ginger and garlic, then stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar so the pork is well coated and fragrant.
  5. Stir in the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper and cook briefly until just tender but still crisp.
  6. Divide the rice into containers, top with the pork mixture, and let the filling cool before adding lettuce and green onion.
  7. Store the lettuce separately if possible, then assemble when ready to eat for the freshest texture.
